Motivate Property Group
Motivate Property Group is a unique business that helps clients get into property investment. Founder Corey Jones created the business to help everyday people grow their personal wealth and Motivate Property Group has specialised in attracting FIFO workers as clients.
Corey asked Likeable Creative to create some video ads to stand out on the social media platforms and bring in more FIFO leads.
FIFO ESCAPE PLAN
The first video reimagines a FIFO donga as a prison - with Corey offering the worker an escape plan through property investing. This video was produced entirely in-house with one of our offices being staged to look like the interior of a donga. Malcolm directed, shot, and edited the video, with Remy playing the role of the FIFO worker.
DONGA SLIDING DOORS
The second video presents a sliding door moment where Corey plays two versions of himself. In one, he’s a FIFO worker who spends his $25,000 on a new Harley Davidson and, in the other, he invests the money in property – which grows in value while the motorcycle devalues.
BEHIND THE SCENES
Likeable Creative’s in-house video capability provides a cost-effective solution for smaller scale social media video productions. For this production, we were able to shoot both scripts in the one day but using a spare office as the studio set-up with one corner propped to look like a donga/prison and the other space as a white set with natural light. The scenes with the Harley Davidson were shot outside our building.
