Kingsford Upgrade Campaign

Reaching an audience is only part of the advertising puzzle. (Some people would say it’s the easy part.) Strong creative is essential to make a campaign a success. Effective creative is the bridge between a brand and its audience, facilitating communication and, hopefully, conversion.

Kingsford Estate is a land estate that sits on the Darling Scarp in Bullsbrook. As part of the northeastern development corridor, it has several competitors, but none that reach Kingsford’s standard. We created a campaign that positioned Kingsford as an upgrade when compared to surrounding estates. And we chose a stewardess as a visual metaphor to do this.

Kingsford has a large social following, so the campaign was launched with paid Facebook advertising.

The flight metaphor was continued with posts highlighting larger block sizes and post-purchase upgrades, reimagined as a safety card.

An EDM went to Kingford's large database.

A letterbox drop targeted suburbs that had proved to be profitable markets in the past.

Finally, Sales Office point-of-sale material was produced to take advantage of walk ins.
