In 2019, the Department of Training and Workforce Development asked us to promote the new Employer Incentive Scheme, which was a State Govt initiative to stimulate hiring of apprentices and trainees. Using creative ways to show the $8,500 incentive package, our campaign comprised Press, Radio, Digital Video Pre-roll, and Social advertising to target small to medium Business Owners. The campaign received significant engagement, with over 908 new training contracts registered during the first month of activity. This represents an increase of nearly 400% on the baseline of pre-campaign figures.
